§ 246-65. Disposition of excess funds.

Where the proceeds of bonds issued under this article shall be found to exceed the cost of an improvement for which they were issued, such excess may be transferred by the board to a fund created by it for use only in paying the county's share of the cost of other local improvements made under this article.
