§ 252-124. Regulation by state agencies.

The fees, rentals or other charges to be established and collected for the facilities and services of such solid waste disposal system, when constructed, acquired or improved as provided in this article, shall not be subject to supervision, regulation or control of any bureau, board, commission or other like instrumentality of the state.
