§ 252-126. Article additional and complete authority.

The powers conferred by this article shall be in addition and supplemental to the existing powers of the county, and this article shall not be construed as repealing any of the provisions of any other law, general or local, but to provide an alternative and complete method for the exercise of the powers granted in this article. Such solid waste disposal system may be constructed, acquired or improved, and the bonds or other obligations issued pursuant to this article without regard to or necessity for compliance with the limitations or restrictions contained in any other general, special or local law.
