§ 252-128. Powers of municipalities restricted.

Any inconsistent or conflicting power granted any municipality in its charter or under any general or special act is hereby repealed and declared to be subordinate to the provisions of Laws of Fla. ch. 67-1146; as amended by Laws of Fla. ch. 70-594. This section is enacted under the legislative power of Fla. Const. art. VIII, § 2.
