§ 253-2. Identification of special areas of stormwater concerns.

Upon direction by the board of county commissioners, the county staff will investigate areas or drainage basins which have historic flooding or water quality problems to determine the necessity for enacting special stormwater regulations within that area. When the board of county commissioners determines this ordinance should be amended for an additional SASC, the county staff shall initiate the amendment to this chapter to develop SASC regulations.
