§ 254-125. Gender.

Latest version.

When any reference herein is made to any gender, such reference shall be deemed to include either masculine, feminine, or neuter, as appropriate, and any reference herein to any number shall be deemed to include both singular and plural where the context of this Act shall permit or require.
