§ 258-40. Report.

The board shall cause to be made at least once a year a comprehensive report of each water system or sewer system or combined water and sewer system, including all matters relating to rates, revenues, expenses of maintenance, repair and operation and renewals and capital replacements, principal and interest requirements and the status of all funds and accounts. Copies of such report shall be filed with the clerk of the board and shall be open to public inspection and available upon request at cost.
