§ 258-79. Water supply agreements.

Upon the establishment of a district water supply plan by the authority, each publicly owned water distribution system within the boundaries of the district shall enter into water supply agreements with the authority and the authority shall have the exclusive right and power to provide water system supply and transmission to such publicly owned water distribution systems. Such agreements shall not impair the rights of the holders of any outstanding indebtedness issued by a publicly owned water system.
