§ 258-83. Modifications of system.

Any publicly owned water distribution system within the boundaries of the district is prohibited from undertaking any permanent modification, alteration, or improvement to any water treatment facilities without the approval of the authority. The authority shall approve or disapprove any request for approval within 60 days after the receipt of such request. This section shall not bar any publicly owned water distribution system within the boundaries of the district from constructing, modifying, or altering off-site water distribution systems.
