§ 258-106. Article supersedes conflicting provisions.

  • The provisions of this article shall be permanent and shall control over any conflicting or inconsistent provisions relating to the power and authority of the Florida Public Service Commission over public utilities as defined in F.S. ch. 367, operating in Brevard County and contained in chapter 65-1288, Laws of Florida, or any other general or special law. Nothing contained herein is to be construed to affect the validity, force and effect of any provision of chapter 65-1288, Laws of Florida, or any other general or special law not directly in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this article or said power and authority of the Florida Public Service Commission under F.S. ch. 367.
