§ 258-111. Same—Procedure limited to sections 258-109 and 258-110.

The provisions of sections 258-109 and 258-110 of this article shall be the sole provisions relating to the procedure of said commission in exercising its authority to determine and fix the fair, just, compensatory and reasonable rates that shall be charged and collected by public utilities operating in Brevard County. The provisions of any act which are contrary to or in derogation of the powers herein granted are hereby repealed.
