§ 258-113. Change of rates—Formal application; fees.

All formal applications for changes in rates under the provisions of F.S. ch. 367 shall be accompanied by the payment of the following application fees, based upon the total number of connections served in the water and/or sewer systems for which application is made:

Under 50 connections ..... $   25.00

50—99 connections ..... 50.00

100—249 connections ..... 150.00

250—499 connections ..... 250.00

500—999 connections ..... 500.00

1,000—1,999 connections ..... 1,000.00

2,000—4,999 connections ..... 1,500.00

Over 4,999 connections ..... 2,500.00
