§ 258-156. Regulation by state agencies.

Neither the rates, fees, rentals or other charges to be established and collected for gas and service of such system or systems, when constructed, acquired or improved as provided in this article, nor bonds which may be issued hereunder, shall be subject to approval, supervision, regulation or control of any bureau, board, commission or other like instrumentality of the state.
