§ 62-1156. Issuance of building permit for property abutting end of road right-of-way.

A building permit may be issued to property abutting the termination of a dedicated and accepted road right-of-way, regardless of whether the frontage is less than the required minimum frontage on a dedicated and accepted road right-of-way, under the following conditions:

(1)

There must be compliance with all other provisions of this article or related sections of this Code;

(2)

The frontage on the road right-of-way must be at least 50 percent of the width of the road right-of-way; and

(3)

A turnaround must be constructed at the end of the road right-of-way by the property owner.
