Uses otherwise listed as conditional use permits in this division 5, subdivision III
of this article may be specified as part of a preliminary development plan application
process without the necessity to request a separate conditional use permit, as long
as the requested use is consistent with the comprehensive plan. Owners of parcels
within the PUD may request additional conditional use permits after the preliminary
development plan is approved by undertaking the standard conditional use permit application
process without applying for an amendment to the PUD preliminary development plan.
