§ 62-1829. Automobile sales and storage.

  • (a)

    All sales must be from a permanent structure, and the storage area must meet the requirements of the county site plan and landscaping regulations.

    (b)

    In the Merritt Island Redevelopment Area, the site must be a minimum of one acre, unless it has a conditional use permit pursuant to section 62-1909. There shall be no outside storage other than vehicles for sale or rent, and all repairs must be in an enclosed structure with no bay door openings located in the front face of the building. When the use of a parcel of property is changed to allow automobile sales and storage, a Type "C" landscape buffer as defined in section 62-4341 will be required.
