The manufacturing of boats in the planned industrial park zoning classification (PIP)
shall meet the following criteria:
(1)
Any part of the manufacturing process conducted or occurring outside of an enclosed
building shall be completely buffered and screened from any property under different
ownership and from all public road rights-of-way.
(2)
All activities conducted on the subject property shall meet the criteria set forth
in the performance standards of this article.
