§ 62-1833.5. Contractors' offices, plants and storage yards.

(a)

Storage yards must be enclosed with a six-foot wall, louvered fence or chainlink fence.

(b)

In the Merritt Island Redevelopment Area, contractor's plants and storage yards shall not be located on any parcel with frontage on State Road 520. Within the remainder of the Merritt Island Redevelopment Area, there shall be no visible outside storage. Storage yards must be enclosed with a six-foot opaque wall or fence. Contractors' offices not associated with plants or storage yards may be located on any parcel with frontage on SR 520.
