The minimum length of an airplane runway shall be 1,800 feet. The runway shall be
situated so as to minimize the noise and ensure safety for adjoining property. Such
runway must comply with the rules and regulations of the department of transportation
of the state. In the agricultural zoning classifications (PA, AGR and AU), the airplane
runway must be for private use only in conjunction with agricultural pursuits. See
