§ 62-1916. Cement, concrete and concrete building products.
(a)
Access. Property being utilized for the production of cement, concrete and concrete building products must abut a street classified as a major arterial or highway, as defined in article VII of this chapter, or have direct access to such major arterial or highway through a nonresidential area.
(b)
Perimeter setback. All structures utilized for the production of cement, concrete and concrete building products shall be set back not less than 200 feet from any major arterial or highway. A 20-foot-deep strip of property within the perimeter setback from any major arterial or highway must be maintained as a landscaped screen, which screen shall be at least six feet in height.
(c)
Performance standards. Use of the property for the production of cement, concrete and concrete building products shall meet all requirements of division 6, subdivision III, of this article, pertaining to performance standards, as such standards relate to industrial zoning classifications.
