§ 62-2405. Existing communications facilities.

Communications facilities existing prior to the adoption of the ordinance from which this division is derived on October 2, 2014, or permitted prior to the adoption of the ordinance from which this division is derived shall be allowed to continue to operate in compliance with all requirements set forth by the county at the time of approval.
