§ 62-2412. Appeals.

Appeals from the administrative enforcement and interpretation of this division may be filed pursuant to section 62-301. Any aggrieved or adversely affected party with legal standing may challenge a quasi-judicial decision of the board of county commissioners by filing an action for appropriate relief in a court of competent jurisdiction within 30 days of the date the decision was rendered.
