§ 62-2846. Issuance of building permit.

No building permit may be issued on a lot or parcel that has not met the subdivision requirements of this Code except as described herein for model homes within a proposed subdivision. A building permit shall not be issued by the county for construction on a lot or unit within a tract of a subdivision until the final plat has been recorded. Upon recordation of the final plat, the county may issue appropriate building permits. If the subdivision roads have not been completed to the finished grade, the applicant shall establish subdivision benchmarks within 300 feet of any subdivision lot prior to the issuance of a building permit.
