§ 62-2884. Preservation of natural, archaeological or historic features.

  • Historic preservation: In all subdivisions, the applicant is required to take reasonable measures to preserve all natural, archeological and historic features which are consistent with the historic preservation element of the county comprehensive plan. Some of these features are large trees, native vegetation, water resources, archeological and historic areas, structures and similar community assets. Where human burial sites are discovered, the applicant shall adhere to the provisions of F.S. ch. 872.
