§ 62-2893. Construction and design requirements for streets.

When not addressed by county regulations and/or ordinances, all materials, construction procedures and specifications contained in the DOT Manual entitled "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction," and "Roadway and Traffic Design Standards," per most current DOT manual, shall be fully applicable to the construction of streets and bridges within any subdivision.
