§ 62-2894. Fire hydrant location.

In all subdivisions with a public or privately maintained water supply, the applicant shall install sufficient fire hydrants in order that a fire hydrant is located within 750 feet of the center of each subdivision lot measured from the fire hydrant to the center of the lot by the closest public or private right-of-way.
