§ 62-2897. Modifications to approved final plat.

  • After a final subdivision plat approval is granted by the board and recorded in the public records, the platted property shall only be developed in the manner and for the purpose shown on the plat unless a modification is approved by the board with notice to any affected property owners. However, nothing herein shall prevent more than one residential lot from being used in connection with a single residential structure.
