It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this article, and
any person found guilty of violating this article shall be punished by a fine not
to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed
60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day upon which such violation
occurs shall constitute a separate offense. For purposes of this article, the word
"person" shall include any individual, partnership, corporation, association or other
legal entity. The county may also enforce this ordinance by filing an action for injunctive
relief, for the costs of restoration or for both.
