§ 10-128. License fee.

(a)

There are hereby imposed the following annual license fees under this article.

(1)

Class A license $50.00.

(2)

Class B license $50.00.

(b)

The fees collected under this article are for the purpose of examination and inspection of licensed charitable organizations, authorized organizations, associational group or organization, lessors and premises under this article and are declared to be regulatory fees in addition to and not in lieu of the business taxes that may be imposed by the county. The payment of license fees under this article shall not relieve the charitable organization, authorized organization, associational group or organization or lessor or any other person of liability for and the responsibility of paying a business tax where it is required, and for doing such acts and providing such information as may be required by the business tax receipt chapter.
