§ 22-476. Interpretation.

This article shall be liberally construed to accomplish its purpose of licensing and regulating contractors and related activities. Unless otherwise indicated, all provisions of this article shall apply equally to all persons, regardless of sex. The words "he," "his" and "him" as employed in this article shall be construed to apply to females as well as to males.
