§ 50-40. Collection and enforcement of fire prevention fees.

(a)

All fees and charges shall be collected by the county fire prevention bureau or other designated locations and shall be received in full.

(b)

Upon payment for such services, a permit shall be issued to the payer, a copy of which shall be retained by the payee.

(c)

All permits issued by the fire prevention bureau shall be posted in a conspicuous place within 30 calendar days after the inspection is performed and all discrepancies are corrected.
