§ 82-16. Service to other governmental units.

The board of county commissioners may enter into agreements with any municipality, agency, commission, council, board, department or other governmental unit to furnish services and facilities of the office of human resources and to include any employee of such governmental unit under the provisions of this chapter. Any such agreement shall provide for reimbursement to the county of the reasonable costs of the services furnished.
