§ 22-566. Interlocal agreements with municipalities.

The board of county commissioners may enter into interlocal agreements with any municipality within the county so that the municipality may by ordinance, resolution, policy or administrative order authorize appropriate persons to enforce this article. Such persons shall be subject to the training requirements set out in section 22-564.
