§ 98-242. Incorporation of tax increment ordinance.

The tax increment ordinance creating the North Brevard Economic Development Zone, as codified in sections 98-265—98-272, directing the calculation and use of a tax increment is incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. For the reasons recited in the findings set forth in the tax increment ordinance, the county commission determines that the use of a tax increment ordinance administered by a special district governing board focused on economic development is the best available alternative for raising funds to support economic development projects and essential infrastructure within the North Brevard Development District.
