§ 62-2847. Issuance of certificate of occupancy.

A certificate of occupancy will not be issued for any structure within a subdivision until the roads, drainage and utilities are built to county specifications, inspected and approved by the county. This provision applies to all requirements whether identified as private or publicly dedicated improvements. This condition shall be in addition to compliance with all building code criteria.
