§ 62-2885. Design of streets.

Access to streets required: Every unit within a subdivision shall have approved access to a street dedicated for public and/or private use which has been built, inspected and construction approved and when appropriate maintained by the county. No subdivision shall be designed in such a manner so as to landlock parcels or prevent the possibility of future access to parcels outside the boundary of the plat.
